Lebanon is a real mix, which makes it interesting. There are tight village streets with older houses close together, and then newer construction spread out around the edges of town, and the two need different conversations. On the older houses it is usually the complicated roofline and the chimney flashing. On the newer ones it is more often builder grade three tab shingle reaching the end of its life a bit sooner than the owner expected, and a decision about whether to put the same thing back on or step up to architectural shingle or metal while the roof is off anyway.
