Claremont is the biggest place we work regularly and it has the oldest housing stock to match, including a lot of two and three family properties from the mill years. Those bring a practical problem as much as a roofing one: tall walls, tight lots, and often nowhere obvious to put a dumpster or stage a tear off without blocking somebody in. That is worth settling before the day rather than on it. On the roofs themselves, brick chimneys are common and old, and getting the flashing cut properly into sound mortar is usually the difference between fixing the leak and coming back.
